The Flos Aim Mini 3 Light Pendant is a work of art as much as it is a lighting instrument. Redefining the modern pendant light, defined as a pendant light hung from a ceiling rose, the Flos Aim Pendant moves away from the concentration of mass about the centre point of its predecessors. The Flos Aim Mini 3 Light lamp shades are connected to a tangle of wires, mimicking a glowing tropical plant, mirroring those found in the Amazon jungle. The French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec created this most simplistic yet flexible design. Developed by the talented French duo, this uniquely asymmetric feature light provides a combination of lighting through the height and direction of multiple light shades. The Flos Aim Mini 3 Light Pendant is constructed from a varnished aluminium sheet, with two types of Aim Mini Light, Type 1 and Type 2. The difference is Type 1 is pre-installed with a white polycarbonate glass diffuser and illuminate via inbuilt SMD LED globes. While Type 2 is made without a diffuser and illuminate via a standard E27 Edison screw light globes. All series finish in elegant matte black exterior and a functional gloss white interior. The drum-shaped spotlight shade is suitable for many larger interiors as well as to being used to illuminate a particular object or spot. This light, from the Aim series and the Aim Mini series, is available in either 1 Light, 2 Light, 3 Light, 4 Light, 5 Light and 5 Light Mixed versions.
