Replica Lights offering One-time free shipping to all purchases delivery within Australia metropolitan of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Outer Perth region.


Items will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, after receiving a re-confirmation email of your delivery address.  This excludes pre-order Items.


 1. When will my order will arrive?
We use various reputable Australian national road express carrier for delivery throughout Australia.  All transit comes with freight insurance.  Expected delivery times are as follows:

Perth metropolitan: up to 2 working days
Adelaide metropolitan: up to 3 working days
Sydney metropolitan: up to 4 working days
Melbourne metropolitan: up to 4 working days
Brisbane metropolitan: up to 5 working days
Canberra metropolitan: ip to 5 working days
Newcastle metropolitan: up to 5 working days
Geelong metropolitan: up to 5 working days
Hobart metropolitan: up to 8 working days

2. How can I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking number will be automatically send to your email inbox.

 3. Can I pick my order up?
Pick up maybe available depends product to product. Please email us prior to pick up.

4. Authority To Leave (ATL)
If no one at premises to receive these item/s, driver will leave a self pick up card unless you have given authorisation to leave (ATL). Please note all deliveries are Non Re-delivery (NR) meaning each transaction only entitle to one delivery to one physical address.  All re-delivery may incur extra charges which varies form location to location.

5. How do I know the delivery charges?
All purchases are inclusive of One-time Free Delivery to metropolitan area in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. All other area in Australia will only incurred a small handling fee.  Quote will be generate from our online store by adding the item & quantity into your shopping cart then select your state and enter your postcode.

6. What if I need to return my delivery?
It is essential you do read our Return / Refund policy.  You can return any item within 60 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original packing and accesorities still attached; which must be in the original condition.  

7. Will I have help to take the goods inside my home or business?
Deliveries products are to your door step only. Most of our goods are non-bulky. If it is the case that the item is over 25kg or large bulky, our team will be in touch with you.
